If you have an active subscription to Fire Premium, Restore Purchase helps you maintain access to it when you upgrade to a new phone, delete and reinstall the app, or in other cases where the app might ask you to subscribe again.
Restoring your purchase will not initiate a new transaction or subscription, it will only apply any existing and active subscriptions to the app.
Before your attempt to restore your purchase, please make sure your subscription is currently active and that you are using the device that you originally used to subscribe (iOS, Android).
To restore your purchase on iOS/Android:
- Open Fire
- Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the main screen
- Tap menu icon on top right of the screen.
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap Become Premium button.
- Select Restore Purchase under the pop-up
NOTE: Restore purchase does not apply to consumable in-app purchases like Boosts and Story Replies. Restore purchase does not restore old Fire matches and messages. If you’ve deleted your Fire account and create a new one, you’ll permanently lose your matches, messages, Boost or Story Reply packages, and other information associated with your account.
